thanks for the suggestion i managed to find a strange solution. i plugged out the ps/2 keyboard plug and change it to plugging into a usb plug and it work...

i suppose i got 5 yrs warranty so see how long this solution lasts before rma...

Logitech Dual Action Gamepad. (I have 4 of this, don't ask me why... )
Logitech Wingman Extreme 3D Pro (I have 2 of this, again, don't ask me why...)
Logitech Wingman Rumble Pad.
1 Logitech New Touch Keyboard, and 2 Logitech Deluxe keyboard.
And 3 other Logitech mouse (Can't remember the model now, not at home currently...)
