Is commercial business good?

unlike residential, commercial agents work more or less normal office hours.
need to know more about businesses.

actually business good or not depends on how much effort/money u put in, regardless of HDB, Condo, Landed or Commercial/Industrial....

i got a kwestion.. let's say u close a deal and u got the cheque from client today n hand it to agency... when will the agency pay u your comm? 3 mths later?

I presume u refer to option/exercise chq
Private normal case usually 3 months
Hdb could be about 4 months

Media reports puts this job as "easy big $"
What abt cost? Time taken to close deal?

But how many normal agents and how often does one sees big $? Excluding those featured in media?

Those appear in media are usually at top of pyramid, like tua pek kong, don't do sales won't die type, how to compare?
Some are shrewd type too.

Usually a sale close case today translates to seeing $ least 3 mths later.

So no harm trying if u have deep pockets. U need to pump $, hoping to make $
