what you mean burst case? i heard alot ppl use this term. meaning seller don't want sell in the end or buyers all cannot match thts y din close?

Generally means the case almost closed, but aborted because of last min problem....can be loan problem, or seller increase price, buyer cannot match the asking price....etc

i believe ur fren worked hard to be able to be top n appear newspaper.

feel stress sia, this month i bo hit target. kanna nag by team leader.
he ask me go down his office everyday, say he will be there to teach me n pass me leads. after he pass then continue nag at me. kan sian

don't choose those position too high 1. they will just assign u a manager say ask u follow him/her. most likely will kanna kick ard like ball.

best is those just started to do recruitment 1. they want their agents to do well so they can slowly recruit more and oso base on group sales the manager can get promotion.

my leader, i follow him when he just start recruit. then last time only got 2 ppl under him he will let us tag along and learn. then got clients he will pass us to serve. now he got many agents liao, those new one only those he see got potential he ownself train, if not he pass them to others.
