guys, just wanna share a good case:

Brand is "Nillkin".

I just picked one up in HK (normally HKD68, but I bought it from someone who can deliver to me @ HKD88).

I had myself the black 'textured' case.

I rate it 10/10!

snug fit, good finishing, comes with free screen protector, the texture improves grip and best of all, there is an opening to let light through so the transparent strip feature is preserved.

These are all over Taobao

so u guys may wanna organise a mass buy if this isn't available in SG yet.

quick question guys,

i had the phone for 3 days already and had been using it 'naked'. when i tried to apply the screen protector today, i noticed there were already some fine scratches on the screen.

I thought the glass is tougher than this? (i have it in my pants pocket, no hard objects). anyone has the same experience?

Realise the default sms doesn't allow us to sms by just keying in the number. Have to add to contact then can sms. Is it like this or there is some way which i dunno.
Previously on S2 using Go SMS pro i know can do that. But would like to keep as stock as possible here.

You really need to stop using the code names for the phones. I have no idea what you're talking about LOL.

It's just like asking me not to call Logan Wolverine =/

Anyway Rachael sounds better than X10, Nozomi sounds cuter than S.. you get the drift.

very snappy interface , best bright display ever, viewable best under sunlight - ownage rely

my fav colour always been WHITe .. but for Nozomi , the BLACK IS STILL THE BEAUTIFUL MODEL , as the designs blend black well.

guys, i've posted this as a new thread but seems like nobody is even reading it.

My xperia S doesn't seem to be able to flip to landscape at the home screen. is this even normal? I don't think so right?

I have auto-rotate enabled, and the apps (e.g. whatsapp) works properly rotating horizontally and vertically. however, the main home screen is always showing vertically. Even when i hold the phone in landscape.

When i connect the docking station with power cable attached to the phone, it suddenly will flip and goes landscape. but once i pull the cable out it immediately goes back to vertical.

Any help will be deeply appreciated!

You cannot view in landscape at home screen, unless you are connected to the docking.
