For those having battery issue with the ics on XS... re-calibrate your battery again.

Oh ok. Just to share my results, I'm not noticing any battery improvement/worsening in ICS.

Anybody having problems with the email app? I can't seem to load new emails, tried manually syncing thru Accounts->Sync, and also tried Refresh option in the email app, also nothing.

Noticed the WIFI is much weaker, sometimes lost connection, wasn't a problem in 2.3

I think a few also complain about this...

I found that the Camera Quick Launch is much faster than GB!!! And the focusing is better and quicker!

I have exactly the same problem as you. I can't get the stock email app to sync too. The emails just don't come in. The Gmail app is fine though.

Autofocus still as bad for me in low light conditions.. Never really had autofocus issues in good lighting conditions.

The repair option is in PC Companion. Reconnect your updated phone to PC Companion, and attempt to update the phone again. It will prompt you that your phone has the latest software, and ask if you want to repair your phone instead.

I love my ics... So far so good... But the camera is really cannot focus very well and the touch focus not really functioning as good...

anyone notice the alternate unlock feature has changed in ics? in the past u have to slide left to right to unlock screen. when u slide right to left is change to silent/ring mode. but now when u slide right to left it brings up camera. how to change that?
