Definitely from Singtel, my plan is up plus I am using mio home which enable me to buy a phone each year
When I try out the phone, I am very impressive tat the phone was smooth and the screen was soo clear. The "invisible 3 buttons " were fine, not really that hard to find. Even my wife was impressed as she comments that she was playing with samsung galaxy and it was lag like hell LOL.

There are 2 local firmwares for arc - singtel & sg global. So you get it.
