1 months to order, 2 days to change and ready for collection.

1 month? then check it in at the service centre and get it back to use until the stock arrive, then re-check it in again?

how come i use browser youtube or app youtube to watch hd video, its not hd at all but rather the picture quality quite bad.

Brother, you have to select by default to download the HD quality for that particular youtube video you are watching, press the menu button and select settings when in youtube application then select by default to play HD video format.

is it the video that is pixelated? Watch a video using the browser through HDMI, it looks clear

I think my phone earpiece (not sure correct term or not, the part you put to your ear when using the phone) is spoil already. Tested a few times no sound come out from the earpiece during call, can only use speaker.

What should I expect before bringing my phone to go service? Need to backup data or not? Will they provide spare replacement phone? Ask them to 顺便 fix the screen yellow patches need to wait longer or not?

Expect to be served by guys on a high probabilty. Think no chiobus. Yes you need. Yes upon availabilty. But please bear in mind it will be a super lousy bangrah phone. For my case, everything lasted 5 working days.
