anyone notice the alternate unlock feature has changed in ics? in the past u have to slide left to right to unlock screen. when u slide right to left is change to silent/ring mode. but now when u slide right to left it brings up camera. how to change that?

I don't think it can be changed.

anyone still have issues updating to ics?
i tried many times still cannot.
stuck at step 3 then say no update available.
tried using SUS straight away say already have the lastest update.
this is getting fustrating.

Same SI as u... I no prob upgrading... 1st try can liao... Upgraded juz now around 1pm... So far so good...

Anyway, the battery... I use for 12min (web browsing and whatsapp without WiFi) drop 5% liao... From 100% is it normal? Actually before update I already feel this way... Like it drops faster at higher percentage den it will get better at lower percentage... If u get wat I mean..

I realised using wifi like no diff... My batt is dropping at 10% every 1/2 hr (screen on whole time, browsing web) regardless of wifi or not.. Same o.o

Help pls! i use *** and it always stuck at the downloading page (not moving at all) then after that a message would popup that says no software detected. When i use sus, it already says i have the latest software. But my SI number is already listed for so many days. Seeing that all of u can update, why cant i? Thats strange, i need real help.

You can't change. But you can long press the Power button and there is an option to switch to silent/vibrate.

I didn't do anything special... I installed pc companion before... Plugged in my xperia s, xperia s prompt me to install pc companion, I press skip... Nth more for xperia s... For my laptop, after plugged in... I open pc companion... It says there is a new software.. I clicked install... Den I successfully upgraded...
