Too busy releasing their new phones to bother with after-sales service.



So I dump xs then I use what phone? Then buy one more & dump it for mint/gx again? If my previous arc s are still in good condition, I would have skip xs altogether.

guys, been missing out on the action here, but is the yellow tint screen issue resolved? Can Sony replace the screen parts for affected users (cue the first batch of early adopters)? TIA.

Ha Ha, Sammy too fast but the software also too fast till always hang. I find Sony is still at just right time especially the software stability and it is the user experience they are focusing on.

Brother, just check with Service Centre whether there is any stock for the LCD panel for Xperia S, if there is no stock then leave down your name and contact number and they will call you once the LCD panel stock has arrived without checking in your phone first.

They will replace the LCD panel for free and I got mine replaced already.

Sony is in different league from sam. IMO, sony is about beauty, class and user experience; sam is about hardware specs, market share and similar-to-fruity-phone features.

No need to go after 2nd national phone like the herds.
