My impressions of the OP3T after 2 days:
Mine is China set - It comes with Oxygen OS not Hydrogen with all Google apps installed
Quote : Specs are pretty much the same except for the radio bands where the China version gets TD-SCDMA and CDM EVDO support. Both variants support FDD-LTE Band 3,5,7 and TDD-LTE 38/40.
Very smooth n slick ...I don't detect any significant lags
However app install speed cannot match my other Mate9 which is unbelievably blazingly fast.
Overall performance - is very good. Hard to find any serious complains about it.
Battery life I consider quite good with minimal 6 hours SOT on mainly internet stuffs with no gaming. Vast improve over ex OP3 which I could only get 4+ hours. Phone s very much cooler too in use averaging 30-32 degree C mostly
Camera much improved over ex OP3. Am very happy with it. Had not tested low light shots yet.
Minor issue - erractic connection with my iMac through Android File Transfer program. At times it just disconnect midway
USB OTG works well but one would need to enable this at phone settings/storage first
One dissapointment : poor sounding external speakers. Loses out terribly to Mi Mix, V20, Mi Max n Mate8, Mate9
I didn't bother to test Dash charging as done that before on OP3. Still using my Aukey 2.0 QC on it.
