try another app
using the default camera app i had problems with panorama, the pics are not joining properly with distorted joints
used the google camera app works flawlessly

Works fine for me, installed from Play Store on phone and browser. If not then u can get from apkmirror.

Check your Google account. It has nothing to do with where you purchased the phone from.

Is your OnePlus phone acting funny lately? There might be something going on under the hood that you are yet to find out about. If you want to do a brief check-up before heading to the phone doctor, just punch in *#808# into the dialer app and you'll access a hidden (of sorts) menu with diagnostic options that are too many to count.

Hi, I added a payment method with a Singaporean address, as I do not know how to check what country my google account was attached to(probably Singaporean). After that I clear the cache of both google play store and service. Unfortunately, I'm still unable to find the app. Any idea you can think of to mend this problem? Thanks in advance!
