i think it's random, mine was declared as 1700HKD, looks like only 3 of us hooted.

Liddat borderlinx failed, anyhow declare item value. They suppose to let us declare ourselves if no value indicated on either invoice/packing list/anything in the package.

65D does taiwan/china/usa only i think
CGW should have HK..but they are basically the same company as BL
