Looks like the customer service center is non existence in sg. If there is some problem with your phone, it becomes an instance paper weight. LOL.

To answer your question, yes, OP service centre exists in SG:

Not so bad until non existent. Maybe will hassle a bit and not as smooth like compared to other service centre.

its not a service centre but merely a service point. you still need to go through the support email to fix an appointment and to generate a case number. OP does 1-1 exchange on all faulty units provided there is stock.

Yup, correct, no servicing, just RMA then replacement.
