its not a service centre but merely a service point. you still need to go through the support email to fix an appointment and to generate a case number. OP does 1-1 exchange on all faulty units provided there is stock.

never has an issue with all my export sets.. I'm just lucky I guess..

usually my phones won't last more than 6mths
if there is issue with it, I have no idea where to go haha
