was about to whack the qoo10 deal with the $100 coupon. it would be 649-100 = 549.

however was being told the coupon is not eligible to on sale item, haih.

CSO: Due to certain regulations in placed, we are not allowed to ship any package containing cell phones. We can ship them in future, but certain formalities need to sorted out first. This is a new development and hence we couldn't notify the customer in advance.
CSO: In this case we will escalate to Finance team to refund you the cost you pay for your shipment.
CSO: Then you can hold the items in your account until we have a final decision on this while consulting our carrier partner DHL.
CSO: Or, you may return the items back to Seller, or to another local address in HK. We can check with relevant department if we can make any adjustment to the return fee's required.

Try to get them to waive the admin charges, since this is a sudden announcement by BL.

Might get stopped by customs for evading tax
