I faced the same problem with them too for OP3, in the end got my set from Oneplus UK via VPOST.
They seems to have straightened out their issues, I try my luck, else just return to Oneplus HK.

No worries. I got the tip from oneplus forum as well heh. Hmmm usually OTA updates target by region one.

I was actually hoping that the latest update will bring some UI changes like the OP3T (nougat-like quick settings). Can even set the buttons to show notifications. Our op3 can't

Bro. HK set is china model or international model. How much does borderline charge for the forwarding service? TIA

I checked vpost don't have Hongkong address

Even a $100 coupon which will cost $500+ still a lot for a phone with no warranty. I have spend that amount to get the OnePlus 3 and then cracked the screen accidentally. Now can not find anyone to repair it locally. Heartache when using it now....

warranty doesn't cover screen replacements le, unless u talking about mate 9.

normal flagship phone + 1 screen replacement easily total 1k+. take it u buy 2nd phone with the initial savings.

Yes, I know. The question is I willing to pay for the replacement but not able to find it in Singapore, and no one has offered any clue on how to get it done!

Anyway Mate 9 only cost $200 more than OnePlus 3.
