"If you have a local warranty set, just bring it to Gadget World @ Jurong Point, don't bother emailing them"Just to share my Oneplus local warranty experience here.
Last month, my OP3 suddenly had an issue connecting to the mobile network (2G/3G/4G), can only connect to Wifi. I tried a factory reset and re-flashed the firmware before mailing OP support. 1st tried the US support, but they informed me to contact local SG support. Local SG support via email is non-existent. Finally decided to contact Lazada, and was told to head down to Gadget World @ Jurong Point. All these correspondences took me more than 2 weeks, and I had to ask them (Gadget World) on the repair status of my phone, after the 5th working day of me sending in the phone.
Total time for me from start to end = close to 1 month.
Lesson learnt: If you have a local warranty set, just bring it to Gadget World @ Jurong Point, don't bother emailing them![]()
