Well I'm the guy who bought over the op3t from kashix. So far so good it's really fast compared to my s6. Still getting used to the size though.

On a separate note I find that the spigen ultra hybrid is a tad too thick and heavy for my liking. Any recommendations for a thinner casing with slightly less protection?

Bro you can take a look at nillkin frosted shield! Less protection overall but still solid. For me I'm using rugged armor from Spigen !

Same here, using Spigen rugged armor but I have a 2nd case that I bought from qoo10, a simple transparent tpu which is very thin. It's the 1st result when you search OnePlus 3T case on qoo10 I think

There are some clones on Qoo10, without the logo of Spigen at the back cover. So I can't be sure which seller would have genuine stock.
