Every set have... u just up and down slowly can see, normal to fast browsing cannot see..
Bought the carbon case from someone, very light but don't offer much protection

I think the issue people are worried right now is how you will not get any proper RMA or support if you are one of those who got a set with that jelly scrolling issue due to flipped screen.

Actually depends, with a gimbal this is a non issue.

people don't usually go out with an intention to take a video,

it just happen whenever they feel like, by the time set up gimbal the moment gone already

I think the jelly issue affects all OP5 units, since all OP5 have screens mounted upside down.

Took my own G6 and used it upside down and also noticed the jelly effect. Think it has to do with how our eyes perceive screens refreshing from top and from bottom. Variance probably depends on user - some people are more or less sensitive to this, not so much the device.

True, but the point was with a gimbal it is a non issue. Not whether it takes time to set up etc, that's a diff story/reason for a different issue. In addition, my N6P did not have OIS, but I was able to take good videos in 4K, which did/does not have EIS. On discussion of OIS, it only handles very slight movement due to very limited space, i.e., if standing stationary, but not much if moving. IMO, EIS (aka FPS style) is still a better approach if done properly, ala fruit & Pixel.

Cheapest gimbal almost 200+ and not will invest on it. The lack of OIS is a major issue when compare to most flagships now.

Hopefully there's a 5T to rectify this issue. :/

Nope, can get a decent gimbal for less than $200. Either they put in OIS or improve their EIS.

i dunno sia... mine was ordered on 22nd, shipped out on 23rd, arrived at speedpost overseas facility on 27th and since then it was stuck at e status "Received at Overseas Processing Facility" till now

as tempting as OP5 is, I think better to wait for OP5T or whatever.

this camera set up isn't the best, many complaints on XDA and reddit on the quality. for that $800 or so that you're paying, might as well get a HTC U11, S8 or Huawei P10 Plus.

my point is... OP5 is excellent, many merit points. but are these points worth shelling out $800 for an EXPORT set with no warranty? I think not. the compromises they made this year were bad imo (IPxx resistance, camera... those are the "trend" this year)

seems like 1 and 3/3T were their best efforts. the even years for OnePLus not so good haha
