Just updated the phone to 4.5.8. But I noticed the VoLTE option is not there anymore after the update. I remember seeing it before updating. Anyone where it disappeared to? :s13:

Hi guys just sharing my experience at the service drop-off point for the OnePlus 5 at JEM yesterday. I went to enquire about whether they could replace my camera module due to the paint chip, but the guy on the counter barely knows ANYTHING about OnePlus. It even took him a few seconds to acknowledge that it was the OnePlus dropoff point, which I guess he wasnt really aware of. Then when I ask him, he keeps contradicting himself saying that they take in manufacturer defects, then I ask if mine is one, then he say yes, but ask me to send an email first before sending it in. And when I asked him for the email, he asked me to go and GOOGLE it. Also, he kept pushing the warranty blame to Lazada, and insisting he is not the same company as them nor OnePlus. And I wonder why its only Monday -Friday, when the dude is just the same dude that mans the shop. Pretty disappointing experience, will be asking for an exchange today from Lazada since I still fall under the 14 day return window.

Seems like the support/after sales is not there at all..Singapore is too small..yet we are charged with a premium for one plus 5 sold locally..

Post on OnePlus FB page on this.
