Just bought the normal Valentino Uomo at Mustafa Centre.
I think Valentino Uomo Intense line is one of the best designer line for me.

Not sure worth is it worth it to fork out $400+ on YSL Tuxedo.

Just tried Y myself le parfum at our local boutiques. Opens very similar to the EDP and dries down to be a little more spicy. matured.

Chanel allure home sport superleggera has also launched locally at boutiques. Not sure what to feel about it. Pretty underwhelming Sileage when compared to Eau extreme. If u’ve already got allure home sport or the Eau extreme this is imo an easy pass.
On skin dry down - Can’t tell the difference of this vs allure Homme sport tbh.
In my experience, the Superleggera opens similar to the rest of the Allure Homme Sport range, sort of in between the original and the Eau Extreme but it deviates from the vanilla-tonka drydown DNA to give a heavy amber-spicy-woody drydown.

The drydown reminds me of Creed's Aventus Cologne, that slightly spicy powdery woody amber drydown

Actually there are clones out there for Tuxedo.
You can check those out also.

Received this in the mail last week.
It's a safe blind buy but not at full retail.
Opens extremely fresh, smells just like fresh lemon. Very similar to Dior Homme Cologne's opening.
Dry down definitely has hints of Creed Aventus Cologne but you can tell them apart. Its a thing on its own.

anything new to recommend

For 2024 releases, ADG Profondo Parfum has been popular.
The Profondo EDP with the recent change in bottle design (two tone Color design) has been silently reformulated too and I actually prefer it now. Got a bottle and it’s been my daily office wear.

Haven't seen the new Profondo EDP around yet! Profondo Parfum felt like just an amped up version of the OG

Some of the stores still has the older bottles as display testers and for purchase, some will bring u the newer bottle during purchase. The replacement for Profondo EDP was subtle even some of the sales staff were not aware. Started from the twin bottle Profondo EDP gift sets and over the past months replacing the single blue bottles to the two toned design just like the Profondo Parfum. You should see them at Airport/ Tangs esp the gift set displays.

On your question re Eros energy, got em from beauty affairs when they had free shipping and some discounts. Shipped from Australia within a week. Would highly encourage to wait till they reach our shores if there are no discounts/free shipping.

Elixir is 1 of the best in this lineup.
Personally i am not a fan of elixir either though i know a number of people who like it. Its just not for me, but i respect that its a work of art. Same for Bleu de Chanel, my skin chemistry makes it smells sour and though its a classic, i'll just have to give it a pass.
