Absolutely nothing wrong there, u can copyright the brand, the bottle design, the packaging box. But you cannot copyright smells or ingredients used. If other people can produce the same smell with the same ingredients but charge it at a much lesser price, u can't stop them from selling it under another brand. And Imo it's a win win situation for consumers, for practical people like me I will get the clone, for those who love branded stuffs they can always buy the 'original:
