Hmm, Dior Sauvage got 20ml one meh? I bought one last year (also Sauvage, also 20ml) when I was still starting out and it was definitely not genuine.

There's a $60 bottle floating around on Carousell now, otherwise you should go with a decant. Sauvage price should be ~$10 depending on which concentration you get for 5ml.

I feel like I need to add that I tried both the retail bottle and the pocket perfume side by side... only the pocket perfume had red marks. So theres something different in the juice. Luckily the red mark went away after 2 days.

I got a 5ml decant of it and was considering getting a full bottle, but I ultimately decided it's not for me. There's something about the iris and amber that makes me like and dislike it at the same time. Are you using it now?

Hm no need to throw away yet. Do a spot test and see if you get any reaction. Not saying it's 100% safe to use it if you don't get any reaction (because it's still fake and probably unregulated), but then you can make the decision whether you wanna take the risk and use it if you like how it smells. If there's any big danger in them, I believe the operation would have already been clamped down, but they have been around for some time.

Recently on qoo10 and shopee there is a influx of malaysian based sellers selling designer brand perfumes at too good to be true prices. Of cos, they claim these are authentic or original stock.

Similarly, pls be weary when you see perfumes being peddled at excessively low prices on carousell. At best, you get so called "AAA or dubai grade" high quality replicas, or worst case you get an absolute fake where the juices smells nothing like the original.

Just buy the perfume from department stores like tangs or Sephora and no need to worry about fakes

Of cos if you want absolute peace of mind and willing to pay for it, then by all means get from tangs or sephora lor. But at least for me i will never fork out $100+ for a bottle of mont blanc or issey miyake. Just saying there are reputable brick and motar shops out there selling at below retail prices rather than risk getting from unknown dodgy online sellers.

This is what I feel too. As long as you know the market price of fragrances, you should be able to adequately protect yourself and sniffing out BS listings from the legitimate ones. There are also online discounters that have great prices too.

I dont know how its not worth the savings when outside shops like jasina, bonjour or even mustafa prices are easily 30% or more cheaper compare to your sephoras and tangs. Take mont blanc for example. At sephora, Legend 100ml selling at ard $120 and starwalker 75ml selling at $115. Other shops probably around $60-70 tops. Thats almost half the price. These are not some niche, hard to find boutique brands for sale at tangs and sephora only. Where's the sense in over paying so much for such common street brand fragrances? Anyway to each his own. Not here to control how one should spend their money but do abit of homework and use abit of brains and you will find its possible to get some decent savings on fragrances.

Hm, the thing is if we're talking about the trouble of finding the perfumes, you can likely find whatever you want from the comfort of your own home with online discounters, and like I mentioned, there are some with virtually guaranteed authenticity.

Anyway, ultimately it's your decision where you wanna buy from la. As long as you're happy with your purchase, that's all that matters. But do consider ordering something cheap and good from these discounters just to test it out.

I think Lucky Plaza is very unreliable too. www.fragrancex.com and www.perfume.com provide free worldwide shipping. Prices can't compare with Fragrance Net, but the free shipping makes it worth it.
