I have recently become interested in perfumes and would like to ask the experienced members here for any recommendations? I am looking for perfumes that would suit a girl in her early twenties!

also is anyone selling or giving away those small perfume sample vials for females? or any idea where i can buy? I want to try out as many as i can so I know which kind i like! if you have please pm :)

Does anyone know if the fragrances at Changi Airport DFS are still cheaper than in stores outside or online? I have seen the same brands going for much cheaper and I doubt their authenticities. Any thoughts on this?

I think it's only slightly cheaper and the perks of buying perfume offline is that you get to know the smell and get to try it on. But once you know how it's like I guess getting them online could be cheaper. Maybe try getting them from large online departmental stores or trusted sites? My boyfriend recently got his men electronics and some perfume from Lazada singapore, some sponsored post appeared on FB

For Chanel, best bet is in airport DFS which is slightly cheaper. Chanel do control their prices and distribution quite strictly and hence, hard to find in discount shops.

Jasina supplies to alot of places so price wise they sld be the cheapest. However one thing i notice from them is that they only carry 1 size for alot of those more commonly known brands. Price comparison wise, recently i was looking around for MB Legend and the price quoted at Jasina is 6 dollars cheaper than at Dollars and Scents. Maybe its just me but when i tested out the MB Legend at Dollars and Scents, after spraying 5-6 times on my left arm the smell was still very faint. Then i headed down to Sephora outlet and tested, 1 good spray on my right arm and the smell was already much stronger. Certain places selling watered down goods or is it a case of my nose playing tricks on me?

eh, i dropped by jasina, i saw the prices i got shocked. like so much more expensive? i consider mustafa reliable. sth i bought in mustafa for 65sgd costs 105sgd in jasina. the same applies to about, all other perfumes.

unless you're telling me all the price tags in jasina are not sgd... :s22:

Hi there,

If you can't find it in DFS, try the ION Chanel branch. I was finding high and low, up and down for the Les Exclusifs Eau de Cologne and managed to get it there :)

Recently I became a sucker for colognes after TF Neroli Portofino got me hooked :s22:

Need some opinions from the experts here. I am looking to get a bottle of perfume for my dad and i have narrowed it down to Mont Blanc Legend and Mont Blanc Legend intense. Was wondering which of the 2 is longer lasting? Alternatively, what are the recommendations for other fragrances that are similar to Mont Blanc Legend? Thanks.

I recently bought one from Hermes the Terre D'Hermes Eau Tres Fraiche.

Price $167 (I think. Not very cheap compared to other perfumes)

I'm not a crazy fan of Fragrance but this have a really unique smell that I've never smelled something similar before (The smell when you first spray on it has a orangey wood scent. After awhile it tons down to something different).

There are a few perfumes from Hermes that are really nice that I'm going to buy soon (Still studying. Can't blow my allowance :(). Can go Sephora and try but I recommend going to the shop itself since Sephora don't have the whole range.

Not sure Hermes @ Liat Towers have perfumes but I bought mine from Ngee Ann City.

As for Mont Blanc I'm not sure but just thought that the Eau Tres Fraiche would be a really unique fragrance to give as a gift to your dad :D

Orangey woody? Try boss in motion. I would say tangerine woody.

New to cologne, but what is A&F Hot and CK Summer smell description like? I tried it and don't like that kind of smell the A&F HOT gives off. Makes me dizzy, going mustafa to purchase my first cologne so can faster filter out

Hi. I'm relatively new to this fragrance thing. Am keen on buying a couple of colognes but I'm still a student so budget is an issue you see. My query is;
Should I go to Mustafa or Jasina to get my colognes? Where is cheaper?
