Hi bros here, I am not able to decide whether to get Mi Max or galaxy note 5. Note 5 brand new export set is about $517 at Q10. what do you guys recommend? One thing I worry about Note 5 is the battery. On the long run, it may not be as good as Mi Max, I think. I need your input.. thanks.

Hi Bro,

if i am not wrong, the note 5 for $517 you're referring to is from ABC mobile right? i personally went to the shop to verify the note 5. For me it looks like either a fake product or a refurbished product with a fake IMEI numbers.

The model number is N920I but the biggest mistake was the white color model mentioned as snow white in the box. N920I is singapore or Hongkong models white color is known as White Pearl. So suspicious.

So, I wont be putting my money on this shop item.. 600 before discounts for a brand new one are too good to be true and most of the time its a trap.

Please proceed with caution.. I have nothing against the shop or anybody there. Just a friendly warning to everybody before they put their hard earned money.

If it's too good to be true, it often is guys.

Practice caution and do prior research (online / on forums / google) before forking out hard earned money guys :)

Even shops like Kasia Mobile and Red White Mobile sells Note5 at 745 for 32GB and 840 for 64 GB.
Both trustable shops though.

So below mentioned is fake, definitely.

I came from note 5. Battery sucks.

Went to mi5 instead. Got snapdragon 820 inside.

Traded in my Note 5 64gb for $550 and bought Mi5 64gb for $460. Best deal ever.

It was a China set but I flashed global rom on it.

Mi5 got so many software updates like nexus series, price good, performance is REALLY fast.

I believe Mi Max processor not as good as Mi5
