Haha actually I really wanted the White Note 5... But too bad, only black left.. ANd since my note 3 also black, I went with it. Now looking for nicer white/silver case..

black may be the default colour, but it is still attractive, held the actual phone, I would say it felt good.

still prefer gold personally though..

A question for you.

For this case, does it hinder or make the original Volume and on/off button harder to press now that there is additional width to the phone.

Haha yea, I picked up gold display set, i got a shock.. Almost machiam mirror.. haha.. Nice and striking, but abit too striking for me haha..

But Gold is definitely the more popular colour, thus first to sold out.

Yup. I was just saying even if same price I would have still gone for the Note 5. But at $100 cheaper than the edge+, I think it's more value for money.

I went into settings and Background Data

Disabled everything except my messaging apps, Facebook, Gmail, Google services and Spotify. Now standby is amazing

under data usage > more > restrict background data?

That is the icon for the VoLTE (Voice Over LTE)

It will only disappear when you de-activate the service with your Telco. Otherwise, the icon will always be there.

That depends, for mine it won't remove no matter how I de-activate from the settings. However it only remove when my network dropped below 4G

Obvious it will disappear when the signal drop below 4G cos volte need 4G to work.
You can't deactivate from your phone setting, you need to call your telco to disable it.

Planning to get Note 5 with trade-in. My only issue here is FM radio as I am a road warrior. Any recommendation for Wireless headset with FM radio ? So far, I know Sony has 3 model and Jabra has 1. All reviews are so-so.
