Mine 13 months already...

Just recently changed my Note 5 motherboard (motherboard short circuit causing battery to drain battery even when off) after the warranty was over... should have changed it within the warranty

4G+2G.

the update to enable 4G+3G will only come year end for our dual sim models. for others, perhaps not so soon.

It will for sure coz the update is based on the CSC of the phone which carries a XMS (Samsung Malaysia country code) wherever you are even in sg as long as Samsung update the Malaysia set too to 4G+3G.

Saw a shop selling 64gb new local set Note 5 for $960. LG V20 is selling for less than $900. After 6 mth the LG V20 will have better resale value than Note 5. Still thinking whether to get Note 5 or LG V20 to replace my Mote 7.

For that price. I would go for V20 unless you really need the Ass Pen of Note 5...

Camera wise, V20 is considered among the top notch already even it still can't beat top end Samsung models.

Decide based on that single factor of Ass Pen. Simple...No if, No but, No headache.

Get V20 and wait for next Note series next year if you wanna go back to Ass Pen.
