Not sure whether it's scam or not but it looks like a site selling factory over-run and next saw them selling Made in USA version (national park series) which is weird and if you noticed, all shoes are selling @ USD72.99. For factory over-run stocks, not worth it.

Anyway, the seller does not provide a physical address but the fact that the shipping is by EMS tells that it's possibly from China.

Backpack red is quite deadstock even online. I would recommend you getting made in UK/USA model instead.

And I just saw that New balance RENEGADE 998 is US$159.99 I rmb it was like SGD$269, my memory could be wrong, when i saw it at Ltd Ed shop at queensway lol

NB & Asics can be found in End Clothing, hanon UK, Ebay, KithNYC, Bodega, Urban Outfitters, ASOS, Concepts, FootPatrol, Ubiq, Bait... And ETC.. Mostly are USA based Retailers and not all ship to Singapore.

But I can't checkout using Paypal. Once you select checkout, they prompt you to either register or checkout as guest, choosing either brings you immediately to the Billing Information section where you have to key in your billing address. There's not mention of Paypal.

EDIT: I managed to use paypal! I just used the HSG shipping address for the billing information, then use paypal to check out! Thanks!
