Would like to know if the lens is easy to adapt to and any review?
I am wearing single vision lens all these years..not sure how different will it be if I switch to this digital lens.

AO PC lenses

I went to queensway sc and a shop told me AO pc lenses can block more blue rays than any other brands and even demo to me.

But from my research not all blue rays are bad. Carl Zeiss and Crizal pc lenses only block the harmful blue rays. The good blue rays are required for our body to build melatonin which is a hormone to less us sleep better.

Anyone know more about AO pc lenses able to share? Can't find much info about AO pc lenses on Google.

Recently purchase my ray-ban glasses from spectacle hut, since there is a promotion on-going. $188 for Frame + Thin Lens, but I decide to go for an upgrade to blue lens for more protection as I tend to use the computer for Long hours due to work.

for eye check? im not wearing specs yet but i think my right eye is blurry compare to my left eye... any shop offer eye check up for vision?
