Yoz bro.. that was just for the lens.. the frame haven't counted in yet.. So I want to know what is the market price of the transition lens before i make my specs.. Do you have any idea?

Wayfarer is more of the definition of the shape of the frame. There are other Brand’s with wayfarer design but of course rayban is the most popular.
It can be either a frame or sunglasses depending on how you want it to be. My Friend made her WF into a normal glasses. Just looks quite big..
Looks pretty normal imho hahah..

I would say the coating of the lens are different Zeiss have many innovative technology etc. Drivesafe,energizeme.i feel they are more scratch resistance. Over the years crizal have improvise on their coatings,10 years back it is more prone to scratches but it's better now, am currently using crizal eyezen with transition. Wearing it for a year so far so good.
Had mine made at whampoa makan place. Went there for dinner and saw pro-vision 88, prices are decent, young honest chaps.

My astig is 750-800. I made 1.67 for the past few years. Not sure of the updated prices.

If your astig is that high I rmb zeiss only do till -600 astig not shortsighted. So high astig I know Shamir can do up to -900 astig. Hope it's not confused astig and myopia/hyperopia haha...

Paiseh! Its Myopia 近视. Not good with the terms!

Oh no bro, without transition is definately cheaper! But take note with high degree, it's always better to choose a frame with smaller lens size, or else it will appear thicker at the side(lens). Price wise probably you can -150-200 from the stated price. Around that range.(ball park figure)!

Thx for the advise! I am currently fine with the thickness of 1.67 for my lenses.

But I remembered some optician told me b4 that the refraction on 1.74 not as good as 1.67 index. Is that true? Would it be ideal to go for 1.74 or stick with 1.67 better?

Anyone with experience on charmant frames? Saw a half frame which I quite like . However I heard Z Series is their TOP of the line as per reviews. I'm not sure whether the one I see is their TOP range titanium made. Heard all their frame is made in Japan. Is that true?

And is stark frame not Asian fitting most of the time?

I haven't been making specs for close to 2 years. Anyone mind sharing with me if crizal (which series) or carl zeiss (which series) is ideal?

Starck is mainly for European fit individuals but they do have Asian fit frames too with titanium nosepads. Z series is their "premium" series and yes made in Japan. Most people charmant frames really last years, however a drawback is that some feel it looks very simple... but sometimes being minimalistic is better.
Which lens brand...? Are you leaning towards single vision? Early progressive(digital lenses/anti fatigue) or progressive?

Woah last time I just made mine w carl zeiss photofusion.

Not sure what's the full technology then and now.
