VA means the best your eye can see, so even increase/decrease, wont improve the it.
VA is affected by changes to the crystaline lens or back of the eyes, E.g. AMD, Cataract
Don't see any reason for them to do so. Unless there's more than -1.75Ds difference in prescription, when they don't know how to handle the visual discomfort due to image size difference, they will reduce the prescription.
Thanks, means my right eye has been my weaker eye all along. Difference is about -1.25 based on recent eye test and its only in my right eye. Left eye no change in - power. All the years my - power increase in tandem left and right eye. So suddenly this recent optometrist i visited told me my right eye increase so much im shocked. Thinking maybe right eye - power has been intentionally reduced all these years.
