Thank for the information. Btw LT stand for LotuTec right? I was told by the shop that Zeiss len have the same protection as crizal len is it true? Oh ya can the axis change so much my previous axis is 180 now became 5. Sorry for the question.

Pardon my lack of knowledge in this area but which brand of lens should I look out for? More importantly, any lens that are more resistant to scratches?

What's your prescription?
Because most neighbourhood shops have glasses at that range and below.
You'll need to specify if you're trying to match the specifications to the budget or the budget to the specifications
I know some places that actually sell zeiss at $200
But is 1.56 ,1.6 or 1.67 ?

Scratch resistance seems to be Hoya if you're not going for premium lenses
Crizal is somewhat of an inbetween

I do not really see much of a difference between scratch resistance since I take really good care of my glasses. So I generally go for clarity

very true, if we can take care of our lenses, most brands shouldnt be a problem. of course not everyone takes so much care, so probably may opt for more durable coatings if preferred.

paris miki still ok. but as a chain shop discounts are quite fixed.

Thank you...it is plastic with matt finished. They have many other colors. I paid 120.
