Rayban 5228F

I'm interested in this Rayban 5228F 2000 frame. Anyone here care to share your experience or knowledge on this frame pros & cons? Wanna pair it with a progressive len.

And also where to get good price for this frame alone?

Seannie bro, have u visited? Any feedbacks

Sent from Samsung GT-N7105 using GAGT

Yes i have visited. Its a boutique shop selling only 999.9 frames. Big and comfy shop. Business is slow becos i think not many came to know this shop yet. Just opened 2 months. But u get top class service. They serve a pad for u to place yur spec while u try out. Uniquely they do pre fitting of the frame u selected, which is a new experience. They really target at comfort and fit. So far i think they are the best. But expect to pay a premium to the service & quality. Highly recommended for those who felt constant discomfort with their specs and want to get a once-and-for-all that can last a lifetime.

short sightNess + shan guan (chinese)..
Have a pair of sunglass.. possible for shop to just pair the lens accordingly?

Shan guan is astig, I think. I'm planning to do just that. My astig 350, the shades lens with prescription is around 400. :D with out is pretty cheap,

can anyone recommend a good optical shop to buy lenses? i intend to install them in ray-ban wayfarer frames.

between the brands, what would you recommend? crizal seems to be the best value for money. Not sure about Zeiss... more expensive for sure, but is it worth the premium? How about Hoya or Nikon?

Thanks in advance!

Anyone know where to prescribe a digital lens? I need to stare at computer and devices for more than 12hrs a day and the recent year, I found my vision to be very blurred and have red eyes. Would like to get a digital lens eyewear before I go blind.

Does digital lens have degree or is it better to go for a lens that is solely used for staring at computer? Thanks.

I'm on Zeiss lens. Pretty awesome stuff. Everyday stare at com for >12hrs so thought I should get one. Never looked back, basically one part of the lenses has a smaller degree than the other (might not be used to it initially as that part can't see as far)

PM me if you need shop info.

Is digital lens same as blue control + fatigue lens?

Recently, was told that blue light from digital displays make our eyes "forget to blink", thus making the eyes tired easily.

Hi all,

I am thinking of getting a new pair of glasses and my budget is $500. Not sure about the astig but my degree is above 800 on either eyes. Thinking of getting titanium frame but not certain which brand will fit my budget. Gonna get PC lenses from crizal since it's cheaper..? Kindly advise on whether Hoya is a more worthwhile investment than crizal and what brand of frames I should be looking at.. Might spend just a wee bit more if the quality is good. :D

so far heard feedbacks hoya blue control too yellowish liao. even more than prevencia.
crizal prevencia vs zeiss blue also cheaper and better i guess. although zeiss blue less yellow.
i see no point in zeiss blue since they doing all the blue lens customized (meaning more exp) not worth in my sense based on the blue lens.
if u do clear lenses do zeiss i still recommend haha
