I'm having about 400+ degree per eye right now but one of my eyes have like 275 astigmatism...

if i were to get a transition lens with 1.6 index roughly how much would it cost? i'm being quoted like 590 for the zeiss lens at spectable hut-_-

I noticed spectacles hut charge very high for the lenses.

The price quoted is lens only or with frame? Normally they will charge you higher if you just get the lens. My Oakley Rotor 2 with transition was $488 ( with astig and different degree on both side, 325/275 ). Compare the price with different shops.

Half Jacket frames can make a shortsight lense?

Hi, may i know the oakley half jacket frames is it possible come with shortsight lense? my range is 400+ degrees astig 75 right eye and 250+ degrees astig 175 left eye

from what i know, you need to order the prescription lens from oakley itself.

normals shops itself is unable to make lens for hj due to the increased curvature.

hmm.thanks for the advice.will try it out at optical shops soon...but i still prefer Wiretap more although i tink it has been discontinued,,,willing to take second hand ones also if price is good!

Hi all


I have a frame which is light and comfortable. Brand is Blackfin - made in Italy.
Quite an expensive frame. So, those who do not mind paying a bit more for a good pair of frame, can ask for this brand when u visit an optical shop.

wah!$590 for lens onli...super ex...mine will be worse if i make...i 600 degree each side.....

btw,need some advice from oakley experts....if i wear Whisker(sunglass) with clear,prescription lens.will lokk weird or not?

Most likely ur lens is 1.67 lor.. Coz 1.67 outside they usually sell $120 onwards... But if u wan, u can do frm me.. Dun need $120... Hee~
