For one thing, those hooks are a -10 on comfort level and i'm glad i got rid of them back in primary school. I won't even start on how bad they look.

Funny that you mention it, cos i always spot people who are not kids and not nsfs, and so should really not have any business wearing that 'accessory'. It's glaringly obvious even if they have jumbo ears

Ysatis: Nice color choice. i'm sure i'm not the only sick of seeing red tags everywhere. Pretty sure the crowd here with red tags didn't get red cos they felt an obsessive need to tell the world, "ITS A TAG"

i get blue because it is my favourite color and i also match with my blue g-shock

nice price. i got mine at kwong shin for $680. price quoted by the mrs lam - the lady boss. very good service. just that not so happy with 1 of the staff.

Is it possible to get specs without prescription, aka no degrees?

I can tell if the lenses are prescribed, they give me a headache.

yup price is controlled....BY the SHOP owner lor lolx... but den mine is 2008 dec models as chop on the barcode....the overall price can bring to even much lower if u juz use a normal lens maybe 600 can get le....

Kwong Shin - service is GREAT in general. Sometimes the shop is too crowded (esp on Sat), you may have to wait for a while before you are being served. My first visit to this shop was in 1988 during army days. It is now a friendship established for more than 20 years.

There is a great variety of spec frames and sunglasses. Several ones from Europe and some are made in Japan. Recently, 2 weeks ago, I bought a new pair of spectacle - prodesign from Denmark. It is expensive but awesome quality.

From what I see on the catalogue, Tag Heuer hasn't updated their line for eye wear last year. The latest are those made of carbon titanium, without hinges.

i also not sure whether there will b a different in price due to the different date of manufacturing ar i am juz putting down the date that is "chop" on my case de....So you mean yours has 2009 chop on the case? i think the price is somemore control by the shop one...

But honestly, fixed price is bullshiet.

I can tell you that some Spectacle Huts practice that, and some don't.

Off hand I can name you some branches that don't already.

You could make a market survey before purchasing your stuff next time.
