From 600 onwards b4 discount to thousand. I heard they have 1 cost 3k plus hehe

tagheuer definitely not worth it, workmanship is poor, material is poor, unless u do not mind & rates comfort& light above quality.

the front shape looks like oakley overlord, definitely a copy imitation of oakley! Oakley Overlord RULES!!!:s12:

Hahahh, I don't know. Yet i can't say for certain that one not or is the copy of another. Mainly because this specs has no brand on it. Only a 4-digit number at the right side there.

Only thing i can say is, this specs is at least 10yrs old :/

anyone knows what's the price range of tag heur spec frames?

Also, there are so many spectacle outlets in queensway shopping center. Does anyone have any recommendations on which one to go to for better pricing and service?

low $600... are usually the older models like 4-5 years ago...

the newer one are about 700 - 800 plus and got limited edition range that go for $900 - 1k...

if u are feeling rich, can go for the 2-3k range with exotic leather material...lol

I think u r referring to the one with magnet on the hinge which supposed to snap in place with just one hand.. This is useful if you are driving.

Is the condition of the specs still good? i realise that old specs are of better quality than the ones made nowadays, whether branded or not branded. :(

seng li departmental and optical store at queensway

just went seng li optical store at queensway shopping center ytd to get myself a pair of eyewear. I must say their tag heur series is really a lot, but didnt get them as it was way out of my budget. heard some ppl in this thread say the sales ladies inside quite chio, chio meh? ok oni leh...

back to my main question. I know it is too late to regret, but just wanna check on the lens that I made at Seng Li. I was recommended Hoya lens, which cost $40 more than the other one mentioned to me(i forget the name) and $20 more than the American Optics. I took up Hoya at the end of the day since it is only 40 dollar diff, is this the right choice or did i kana conned by them?

Yes. Hoya lens are very good. Better than Esscilor imo, though Crizal is also not bad.
