Where did you get your ic berlin frame? why don't you go back and ask them to give you another case that can protect your ic berlin frame? problem solved.

Yeah, all specs shop have their own generic cases or some spares, if they deem you a worthy customer, you get them for free. If not, go to daiso and get one for $2.

does the rubber on oakley frames lose their grip over time, if we wash them too often?

why do you need 1.7 or 1.74 ? your degree is not very high.
are you concerned about the weight or the thickness of your lens? depending on the frame you choose, it may not make much of a difference in terms of thickness.

Your optician should have a lens chart where he can roughly find out the thickness of the lens and make a comparison on the thickness difference between the different lens index.

I believe 1.67 is more than sufficient for your degree. unless you have money to burn.

Half jacket can make prescription lens, polarised as well. However, can only use original oakley lens, so it will be $$$.

My polarised half jacket with degree of 150, the lens itself is $600+.

Guess I shall just use its original oakley lens then.
Do you think $250 is reasonable?

Just made a pair of new spectacle for myself after using the old frame for almost a decade. New Spec: Tag Heuer C-Flex Carbon Fiber frame + Tokai 1.76 bi-Aspheric lens with MSC coating. Total damage $2150. Is the price reasonable? Or am I being chop?

Experienced spectacle owner, can you help to comment on the price? If it is overpriced, I will want to complain when I collect the spectacle and ask for discount. Thanks!
