Can you kindly please advise me if there is any way to remove this plastic residue?
Is the coating on lenses done before or after edging?
share? and what metal is that?
Normally i would just put in Ultrasonic cleaner and micro fibre cloth to rub harder(make sure no sand or rough dust particles in the cloth).
Or u use normal lens cleaner spray. Try to avoid nail polish remover. If must, use just abit..
Not very sure should be stainless steel but the frame is super light..
I m very surprised at the lenses from coastal althought I ordered 1.5 index lenses the thickness is twice thinner then my local crizal 1.6 lenses.
Does capitol optical carry silhouette models, Intarsia & Action Styled as seen on silhuoette website? i went to optical 88 but seems that they do not have these models. Most are those simple designs.
just went in see see... they intro me titanium frame about $160.. aiyo like expensive??? if plus scratch resistance lens... dunno will be how much...
is titanium frame better?? it lighter but i scare easy to break??
any recommended optical shops at east side??? or any shop sell more cheaper than others???
first shop i went treat me like invisible one until i talk to them...
U can come find me.. As long as human walk in, i will serve 100% standard.. provided im not engaged in other stuff at that moment also lah..![]()
wonder anyone has the same problem as i am.
most of the time when i make a spect at a shop, while trying out frame, maybe i found one that suits me. how come after when i am about to collect it after installing the lens, and try it out for the last time before exiting the shop, i will tend to find the spect weird... like doesn't really suit me. quite a few times already.
i am wondering is it because my eye degree is high to the extend, i can't really see when i trying new frames. really not sure how to overcome it. and one more thing i have a small face i guess. so most biggies frame look really weird on me... anyone has the same problem?
Just take a photo and then go back load into your PC/ album, think about it for a while first and ask people for some opinions. If you still like it, go back to the shop and ask for the same frame. Many years ago when digital cameras in handphones were less used, the practice might be strange but nowadays, it's quite common. Also, you mentioned you have a high prescription, so this will be easier for you to look and judge for yourself.
You can also use that first photo as a reference to compare against the newly fitted frame.
