Understand. But a shop that is not willing to help you do that is not worth your patronage. I frequent Khwon Shin, The Eye Place, Universal and Straits Optical @ Tampines Central for adjustments ....

some optical shops also provide free eye test. so by your logic those who don't provide free eye test also not worth your patronage ?

nakedtoes buys all his specs online, should the optical shops adjust his specs for him when he didn't buy from them ?

i am surprised some people can walk into an optical shop and still expects to have an eye test done "FOC", considering you need to pay to go inside some toilets or pay for sky juice at coffee shops or restaurants. Would you go into any barber shops or hair salons and expect them to comb or style your hair for free ?

if some optical shops don't service your specs since you didn't buy from them, it's not their fault.

simple, when you are trying the frame on your face, as long as the temple arms of the specs dont touch the sides of your head before reaching your ears, it will be deemed a good fit.

Seriously ah. Singapore a lot fake ray bans around. Those that u see too cheap to be true ah. Most likely fake. And is hard to tell la. Even for myself in the trade. I see people order from tao bao. Compare with real one exactly the same. As the saying goes. One cent money one cent goods LA. 2cent worth
