Your Bad Experience is similar to me too!

Recently, I purchased a pair of spectacles with new Zeiss lenses together with a Zeiss Warranty Card. It was an AO lenses and not Zeiss! There is no genuine "Z" logo on both lenses.

Prior, I have seen the Zeiss catalogs stated the "Z" logo markings, nasal marking, etc.. on the lenses from other shops in Queensway and other places. There is PhotoFusion for Zeiss Lenses.

Next, the Queenway's shop acknowledged it was AO lenses and made a second set of lenses "Zeiss Choice" and it was not what I wanted and it has no Photo-Fusion and no two "Z" genuine logo and no nasal markings. Also, the shop cannot show me any Zeiss catalog to prove that that there was Zeiss Choice... without PhotoFusion!

So I got a full refund without any doubt. I have complained to her supplier but they refused to answer my questions and instructed me to ask the shop instead!

What unlucky days if you are also like me!:sad:

I recently paid 200 dollars for Crizal uv 1.67 lens with my own frames. Was it a steal or just a good price? I was told the retail price was 260.

Thanks.

I was quoted 550 for ic berlin frames and 1.6 hoya MCT lenses, is that a good deal? It still feels abit extravagant as a student though. The saleslady also quoted 260 for another frame of the brand free form green at 260 with the same lenses.

ic berlin frames are light, hence to complement it, the lens should ideally be high index and light too.

cos if the lens are heavy, and when you look down, the whole specs may fall off due to the heavy weight of the lens

I didn't think about that :) thanks! I guess ic Berlin is out of my budget then if I upgrade my lenses.
