my ex-gf bought for me such a wallet by Braun Buffel in 2002. Used it till ko yak in 2006. Used my bro Braun Buffel wallet in 2006, used till ko yak in 2008. Now using a Poly World (bought in Thailand, good quality and soft)...

I'm thinking of getting braun buffel wallet for a christmas present. Cos also buying one for my BF...hmm~ but he wanna get the same one as me...I am just wondering, what's the difference between a guy's long wallet and a ladies one? Cos I have 13 cards, and i need at least a 13 card holder provided the wallet won get too bulky for me. Braun Buffel's guys wallet does suit my test and and it can give me and my bf for using the same wallet. Is it normal for a gal to get long wallet from the guy's section?

As far as I am concerned, most guys, including me do not use long wallets. Our wallets need to be small enough to put inside our back pockets. Men with long wallets look 'auntie'. You may wanna double confirm with your bf whether he really likes it.

I also have many cards, I used to carry and still carry 2 wallets out. But since I bought a card holder at the BB sale, I think I will put the cards inside the card holder...that will solve the problem, but a card holder will cost you $70.

Now BB provide a Christmas gift consisting of a wallet and a cardholder for $159 nia (usual think $199). The quality is good, you might want to consider it.

BB usually only 10%. 20% is 10% outright for BB, 10% credit with the department store, eg Robinson Credit card, MEtro credit card, OG card, etc.

Now, there IS 20% for christmas gift pack consisting of a wallet and a card holder ($159) and a belt and a cardholder ($169)

Most of the major brands have wallets containing a combination of this:

Coin pouch
ID holder
at least 3 cards holder
notes holder (of course!!)

From above, you can have a V wallet (ie 2 sides jointed together), a U wallet ( ie 3 sides join at 2 areas) or a L wallet (one side join another piece at the top and another side join at the side).

If you fancy a coin pouch with many cards, you should take a U or L wallet...

Some difference: Some wallets inside is special creme colour material (dunno if leather), not the usual cow leather. Usually for very expensive wallets with crocodile skin or snake skin.

Hmm~ he doesnt have many cards~ haha~ even if he has~ after discount i think the card holder won hold tat much~ cos getting my friend's friend to help me get it~ for 40% discount of so...

~ but i guess it is not selling as an sale item/christmas package~ cos i saw the retail price for one normal wallet is already 204SGD...

i not looking for those many flips holder inside the wallet also.

i may/may not have many coins. but i thought with a coin pocket, it looks better?

geezz...if this is a stamp, it might worth something...but for a brand like Prada..its sure a quality concern!

Wow, how did you managed to get it for 40% discount? Staff price?

Normally the calf leather is more expensive..but $204? Are you taking about the long wallet? Maybe long mah, so more leather needed and more expensive?

coin pouch/compartment depends on your choice, I prefer it to hold my coins.

The design you mentioned is easily available for most brands. Its a L shaped wallet with 3 flaps. left side ID holder, right side coin and above is cards (see my post above)
