I think that's 1 thing I like about Tumi - Its durability and quality.
Although I must say it depends on the user too.

My Tumi laptop bag, about 2y/o too... surprised the Tumi retailer coz he said it looks new still. And he said it is the best looking used Tumi bag he has seen in their shop. He said most of the bags he has cleaned or serviced are like deformed or abused. hehe

According to the saleperson, Blue is seasonal, once sold out, no more cos everything is handmade. The black/brown will always be there.
