I would think that BB is relatively affordable here and most dept stores are offering 10% disc, hence the savings, I reckon, will be minimal. It's definitely not worth a trip there just to purchase a BB wallet/purse (unless you're buying in bulk) but if you've other agendas and happened to be on the way, no harm checking out. Suggest you check out the discounted prices here and make comparison before committing.

Would be in Europe next month and hence wondering mah, longchamp bags that cost $200+ here only <$100 there so I wondering if BB will offer the same savings.

How can it be $400 SGD diff? =.= be realistic, its more like $150-$200, which is more than what you'll get from any other brand

as long its in EU, there will be quite some significance if prices:

firstly due to Euro ex-rates to SGD.
secondly due to VAT rebates that can be claimed before departure
thirdly due to the respective brand's origins are in the EU, BV from Italy and LV from France.

anyway SG's prices are wayyyy overpriced for BV, so def you still be able to get it cheaper in Holland and EU states. as for LV, best place to get is still France, however if you go on9 and compare the listed rates between France and other EU countries other then UK, rates are difference of a few tens of Euros.

almost all brands are around 30-40% cheaper in EU compared to SG.
you can even get further discount if you buy from outlet stores. but usually are those off-season or unpopular color.

try those departmental store counters where they sell Renoma, BB or Piere Cardin, +/- $50 should be able to get you a simple wallet bah from there.

you can go for BV? price points about the same but at least its full leather instead of LV DG where only the lining ish and the exterior ish canvas.

if notch, go for Hermes? def an upgrade as their wallets cost in excess of 1k++
