im not very well off really no bluff u.. i never keep buying watches lah actually.. and those are peasant range one all less than 1k except for that very one piece.

i had a small windfall by luck so i took part of the money to get only that expensive watch. wallet wise, i have only one LV wallet which is bought in 2007 used till nw.. its only when i was coming back from hk recently and i had some remaining hk dollars so i go aairport jalan jalan..

saw that bv after conversion was quite worth it and plus the blue is v special then decided to buy...

in real life, im just like u.. salaried worker but maybe my pay might be slightly higher than avg cos my industry is quite risky and sometimes i have to sweat, brave thru rain and get dirty... not an office worker.

i been thru marriage, house reno, honeymoon for the last 2yrs... and have a kid recently... so im going thru wad an avg sporean is going thru and i knw how it feels. im still serving my reno loan lol.. still got couple yrs to go....

my lucky windfall was from 4D, dun ever think of getting windfall from soccer betting. but i betted 4D for many yrs lah and nvr kena any shiat before.

my reno was 35k for a 4rm bto, just reno only. the steinhart if i rem, i think it was ard 300+ euros, after conversion ard 600+ sgd.

and er.. i dun spend on belts, shoes etc.. cos i not office worker. i only wallets and watches, thats all.

Even if u need to think u can still well afford it cos yur salary coming to 5 digits liao. Mine still in the low 4 digits. no matter how hard i save, it still take ages. For u and the kind of elites in the watch thread, one or 2 month salary is all yall take to hoot a rolex, JLC or omega.

Steinhart looks kinda rugged? frankly speaking, nobody will look at my belts, watches la.. even shoes i doubt people will take more than one glance. Most people at forst glance look at face first. Which is why specs is an important grooming aspect. Hair too. But i usually see people in sg dont really take much emphasis on the face grooming.

Most men like to indulge in watches, bags, cars which till now i still dont understand whats the fascination about.

office wear? get a longines/oris/Hamilton/tag heuer dress watch. below 2k can find. or go for rolex vintage models like vanilla way mei mei. also ard 2k can find. then good to go liao.

wallets? can just buy COACH wallets. got both professional and trendy ones. price range about the same as braun buffel but more "branded" in that sense.

if u carry a coach wallet plus wear a longines/oris/Hamilton/tag heuer watch. I think u are good to go man.

But i do fancy coffee drinking. Atas enjoyment. Like platinum movie suites. No need so much $ but worthy enjoyment. I feel that cars watches those kind of stuff seem to be more for ego enjoyment lehz or boasting happiness? I dont know. If i go to those threads and start asking showing my dickhead, people will start to say i troll & argue that its for the appreciation of finer things in life, and will defiantly deny that its for showing off or a kind of status achievement. Will get hoot jialak jialak so can only show face in this corner. And then hor, one piece of watch tens of thousands of dollars just throw like that i feel too wasteful lehz, dont u think so? what if one day sick & tired of it liao, how? That kind of $ could be better spent in other ways i feel. Hais.
