I didn't get a 210. Got a 105m. Thought 210 is over priced. Urwerk is a watch that you got 1. It's enough..all same.

being rich is so good![/QUOTE]

my replies in blue above.

While being rich is good, there are far more important things in life that couldnt be bought with money, such as health, love and family members...and it is funny how the poor led a much happier life than the rich..

Live contently is the word. Compare ur self with ur worst self to improve not with others.. Don't envy but admire. Live life to the fullest. :)

Success is measured by how happy and content you are with life. Not everyone will be or can be wealthy. Neither can anyone rich or poor be any happy. Living in a metropolitan city. It's tilted in majority to money. Most divorce and quarrels in family happens because of money and most of the time the lack of it.

Being contented will make you happier. But that may take away the drive to greater success!

Many great inventions came from people who are not satisfied with their current situation. Hence the break through!

Guess as long as we are not slave to money, live life with a passion, healthy and GET TO BUY WATCHES ONCE A WHILE, we are happy!!

Somehow the scalping acts had make me sort of disgusted with the SS C model

But shall wait and see. Probably only buy the watch in 1-2 years time :)

See the market Trend then

no doubt the new ss Daytona C is hot, hot, hot right now, so have to cough up the premium.

most important - buy what you love.

if panda dial is your passion go for the Daytona C.
the blue dial and half gold is very handsome too.

Greater success differs differently. If Everyday keep comparing yourself to someone who is very successful. It creates depression. I believe just focus in individual well being. More adaptive to the world and economics. Make wise decision. Everything will turn out fine. We all get to only live once. :)

Talking back about watches. Is it a trend now that watches comes with connection capabilities to smart devices? I view it as spoiling the original image of the watch. I saw even Federick constant got that type of watch .

while it's true that good health, genuine love & family harmony are priceless and cannot be bought by money, imho the poor leads a more miserable life because they have poorer care, welfare & opportunities. and there're many instances when wealth (which translate to influence, inside information & opportunities) can go a long way to make a miserable situation (like poor health) more bearable and to enhance one's potential and exploit opportunities (like shorting the English pound during Brexit and buying undervalue assets/property during this downturn).

show me a happy poor person and I can show you more than 10 happy rich persons.

just my honest, sincere opinion. :)

Tried smart watches and fitness bands for a while. As I don't drive, value added is not much since I'm on my phone most of the time. Fitness bands with heart rate monitors wrecked havoc on my skin and caused rash. So no more. :s12:

Buying Rolex watch in Switzerland, France or Italy

Anyone has good experience to share on buying Rolex watch in Switzerland, France or Italy? Are there mainly boutiques only or are there many reputable ADs too?

I agree. Money solves a lot of problems, just not the most important ones.
