I've seen friends who buy expensive bag and then wail father wail mother when things get spilled, bag is dirty, etc. Like that might as well don't buy, if you can't use it happily.

Crazy as it might sound my justification was since i need a timer may as well bring it out and give it a go, since then it has been with me as my daily beater for 3 years .Luckily there wasnt any damage

Happy that i could include this side-hobby as a part of my daily life.

I haven't used Uber in SG. But uber in Taipei is damn good!!

Sidetrack:
Uber and grab in SG is in a co-shared environment but in other countries, it's WAR.

When I was in Jakarta a few months ago, taxi drivers would sniff out uber and grab drivers, surround them and then thrash their cars.

Even when I travel to Vietnam often, uber and grab drivers will wanna operate under the radar

But I must say that it's REALLY cheap

Yes it's a RM10 and it's genuine as far as I can see, so far I've haven't seen any replica that is even close to the real thing, skeleton so hard to fake and the watch casing is not easy to make as well. RM10 is entry level RM, of ccourse not cheap as well, around $130k list price now for rose gold but should be get at $80k+ for used.


Driving is something I enjoy but at high speed it's thrilling, have gone 316kph in Malaysia. Sheer excitement!! In Singapore, off peak is ok, traffic not bad... yes we pay ridiculous prices for a car here, but do compare it to many major cities in the world, the jams and other security issues. Sadly to conclude is that you pay for this.

Just came back from Yangon... all cars, vans, trucks and buses. No motorbikes.

But drivers discipline very poor. Change lane, left turn right turn all no signal, just do it.
Driving on the highway, wanna zam brake just zam.
No one really bothers to put on seat belts.

On the side note, my bezel does seem to be aligned at the 12'mark and when all hands point to 12, it seems to be on the left side of the 12 position. Wonder if I should ship it back for alignment.

Edit: Maybe I am being too anal about it. It's about .5mm out of alignment haha.

On the side note, my bezel does seem to be aligned at the 12'mark and when all hands point to 12, it seems to be on the left side of the 12 position. Wonder if I should ship it back for alignment.

3 options: Sell it on carousell and reinvest on another watch.

Or send it back and maybe more markings will come together too.

Or live with the watch as it is.

well... that's one of the flaws for Steinhart GMT. its the same for my Steinhart Ocean One Date. The 12 o'clock bezel is not really aligned with the 12oclock marker.

same for my Orient Mako XL...

iirc, Steinhart corrected all these with OT500

maybe I should ask Gnome whether they accept trade in or not
