very nice the 4th Gen... the improvements are pretty obvious from the photo.
and Orient going back to the roots of Bambino, which made it so popular with people who want a minimalist watch.
- aesthetic improvement to the date window.
- bolder date font.
- Broad hour markers.
- back to narrow hour and minute hand. *thumbs up*
- Fatter and thicker crown

hopefully, for V5, Orient can remove the words "ORIENT" "Automatic" and "Water resist"
and maybe replace water resist with 1bar, 2bar or 3bar"
Agree with you, but that red second tip kills it for me though. It's so obiang and out of place imho. Colors also quite limited IIRC. Besides that one I posted, I've only seen blue/green sunburst dial. Not everyone likes sunburst dials. :s13:

Not really a fan, but I do like the design of the watch. I've funded the Ventus Black Kite, Calligraph Duneshore, Egard Passages.

Nice ones. :)

KS these days a lot of DW wannabes, luckily there are still brands that try to do something unique. :s22:

At the current rrp of US$1,495, its not worth getting already.

Seriously!!!! OK. Next!

Agree also that KS nowadays it's difficult to find original concept watches with attractive specs

Sunburst dual?!?! Interesting... I was hoping that would only appear in V5 lolx

The versions are concurrent releases (just matter of styling) or sequential?

I.e do the release of later versions end the earlier version production? Or all can still be bought?

Seems like V1 commands a premium, but not as much as the cream dial blue hands V2. My friend told me can get around $170-$190 in Msia.

I wanted a more Bauhaus style one, so V3 for me. Stupid short hands though. Just a bit longer then it'd be really quite perfect (keeping in mind the price la).

There's also V4 btw, with hand-winding and hacking movement. :) But bigger. And that red second tip is so odd...

Gold hands on silver body. Can't decide whether I love it or hate it. :s13:

Blue hands will look better!

you need to put it over your wrist to tell...

I personally love the version with blue hands but it doesn't look nice when I tried it on :(

the Black dial + SS hands or the White Dial+SS hands suits me better.

This one is cream dial, not white. Thus the gold hands and markers actually complements the dial very well. Change the strap to a lighter brown will be even better.

Here's mine

Looks good!

I notice a lot of the cream dial watches always try to look white one. :s13:

E.g. Grand Seiko SBGW031.
