Nice watch. Just be careful not to become serial flipper, at losses, due to forum poison..

budget of 1k or below ~ 2k
Branded watch for boy/men - omega possible? or tag heuer, etc
What is the most popular/ would you recommend? I see Seiko blumo, how much is it? or which Seiko model?
Where to buy got promo?

For Tag Heuer below S$2k can most likely get entry level model that run on battery. For automatic model should cost more than S$2k++

For Longines Hydroconquest , this automatic model should be able to get below S$1.5k + or - after discount.

For this brand Davosa automatic watch should cost below S$1.5k.

For BALL watch , can see below link for some offer pricing.

For Omega think S$2k no chance for automatic watch but for those model running on battery may have a slim chance.

For Steinhart watches is also a good choice.

Wrist width is more important than wrist diameter if you ask me. Flat wrist got more room to wear bigger size watch. :)
Flat wrist wear divers look very weird, but looks ok for 42mm watches
That's why I have 0 divers
Makes it look like I wear hamburger on my wrist

I am worried as laco has straight lugs. 42mm is about 52mm lug to lug, 45mm is about 56mm lug to lug. Will have some overhanging.

Sent from Huawei NEXUS 6P using GAGT
You need to try it on. Also try to see how it looks. I have really small wrists but I think some 52mm (while on paper will overhang) don't look too bad on me.

But that's the limit. Anything larger than that lug to lug starts to look comical lol

Can check eBay, but only high rating sellers. I got mine from some Milano Watch something something seller for about 30% less than the usual site. Think old stock clearance. Seems authentic to me.

Gnomon has some RIOS 1931 watch straps. You may want to take a look at them.

just sharing, no transactions is allowed over the MRT gantries..
http://mothership.sg/2016/08/mrt-st...ut-no-transactions-between-paid-unpaid-areas/

but my question is, lets say one of them tap in/out of the gantry to meet the other person, and he deals there and then, whats the difference? security reasons? cant be, since its only a few feet away? or is this ultimately so smrt can earn more money when the other party has to tap in again to take e train? damn ** sia..

except finding one more opportunity to squeeze us dry for that few cents, i seriously cannot think of why transactions cannot be allowed over the gantry.

But, here is my question again, transaction is defined as the exchange of goods or services right? so if one party hands over some goods to the other party (one way traffic only), technically im not involved in any transaction right?
