i went to Vincent Watches and enquire how much a "tudor black bay black" cost...they said its not in SG yet but it will only be released worldwide in Oct, and will cost $6k upwards...

er...did i get the model name wrongly? o_O

What $6K? The previous ETA version was only ~$4500. If it's close to $6K, might as well get a Rolex Explorer from grey dealers.

Anyone knows how I can clean the gunk out of my Tissot Visodate?
Wow your tolerance for gunk and blue cheese is really up there lol. Remove the strap and just scrub it down? Alternatively can use those flubber cleaning compounds available in DIY stores.

Hi all,

I have an old Seiko kinetic which has gone a bit wonky. Brought it to K2 and Mr Goh says that the capacitor has gone kaput. He suggested that I buy a movement (it runs on Cal. 5J22) and he could replace it for me.

Short of going to Thong Sia, does anyone know where I can reliably buy the Cal. 5J22? It's not an expensive watch, but I'd like to keep it for sentimental reasons :)

Thanks!
