So it depends. But nowadays tudor also hold their value quite well
Definitely better than other big names such as panerai, iwc etc

If you are sure it's authentic, and do not care about watch and papers, then go for it. For me though, box and papers mean a lot and I would not go for this deal. Besides, you can find preowned with box and papers for only a few hundred dollars more.
