I definitely define luxury watches which were privately issued to certain military divisions as LE, such as:
- Milsub Ref. 5517
- Milsub Ref. 5513
- Milsub COMEX 5514
furthermore these watches were never available for public sale. They were created, manufactured and distributed solely for military use.
Other military watches includes:
- Tudor Oyster-Prince Sub ref. 7928 for US Navy (U.S.N., ST-2/015, OCT.68.)
- Tudor Oyster-Prince Sub ref. 9401 for French Navy
- Tudor Oyster-Prince LHD sub ref. 94010 for French Navy
- ADANAC NAVIGATOR in 1988 issued to US Air Force
- SEIKO 7A28 RAF GEN 1 CHRONOGRAPH (stamped a “circle P” on the dial, indicating that Promethium – a mildly radioactive man-made element – was used to illuminate portions of the dial and hands) issued to the British Air Force.
